Healthy Honey Oatmeal Cookies
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour (or all-purpose is fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
